POSH Training – Roseate Hotel | 2024
Parivartan – The Change successfully conducted a structured and insightful POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training at Roseate Hotel, aimed at reinforcing a culture of dignity, respect, and safety in the workplace.
This training provided employees and leadership teams with practical tools, awareness, and frameworks to:
