At Parivartan, we believe that change is not an act but a continuum — nurtured by empathy, amplified by action, and sustained through collective will. Our mission is to craft healthier, equitable, and inclusive futures for communities everywhere.

Parivartan – The Change is a grassroots-driven catalyst for social transformation, dedicated since 2010 to advancing dignity, equity, and sustainable development. What began as capacity-building for Panchayati Raj leaders in Haryana has evolved into a multi-sectoral movement impacting thousands across India.

Our work spans women’s economic empowerment, menstrual and reproductive health, preventive healthcare, youth leadership, animal welfare, sanitation, and humanitarian relief. Through pioneering initiatives like Project Nidaan, Project Nirmala, and Project Abhay, we have transformed villages, schools, police academies, and highways into sites of empowerment and resilience.

During the Covid-19 crisis, our campaign ‘Let Not a Soul Sleep Hungry’ became a lifeline — delivering meals to stranded workers, feeding hundreds of stray animals daily, and supporting vulnerable artist communities. Simultaneously, our model village Khedli Jeeta emerged as a replicable exemplar of rural sanitation, winning recognition from the Government of Haryana.

With unwavering partnerships across government institutions, corporates, and civil society, Parivartan has:
– Empowered 10,000+ women and girls with menstrual and livelihood initiatives.
– Trained 5,000+ boys in self-advocacy and life skills.
– Screened 14,000+ truck drivers for health and wellness.
– Strengthened hundreds of grassroots leaders and frontline workers.

✨ At Parivartan, we believe that change is not an act but a continuum — nurtured by empathy, amplified by action, and sustained through collective will. Our mission is to craft healthier, equitable, and inclusive futures for communities everywhere.
